  • The post above mentions stronglifts 5x5. This is one of the most effective programs out there. It builds a solid foundation of both strength and mass. Its also incredibly simple. Maybe try to add some pullups and dips if you can. Good luck! :)

  • I eat 180-220g a day. I actually find it very easy, just eat protein in every meal of the day. The cool thing about protein is the foods that contain it are really tasty, and there are so many options! Chicken,tuna,egg,steak,fish,protein shakes and bars.
