So if I'm making a healthy smoothie say 310 calories, if I add 1 Tb of chia, I have to add 60 calories to MFP? Right

Thank you everyone. Even though I do take an Omega-3 pill, I was just try to incorporate healthy oil. But I bought the wrong stuff. I need hemp heart like sylvie subjected. I'm also going to look into hemp kernels

I lift weights, usually do fitness blender. I record it under circuit training in MFP. I don't eat back calories, but it's nice to have that option

We love grapefruit also. My parents brought back 3 dozen for us from Arizona, which brings up a question. They picked these grapefruit off a tree in a brothers back yard. Are they considered organic at 65 calories on MFP or fresh at a 104 calories?

I just bought a flex. I like it because it's water resistance, wish it had the time . A lot of time I will keep it in it's band and wear it in my sock...I forget about it and also I don't have to worry about keeping it higher on my wrist ( which isn't natural feeling)

Yes, never thought of that. In my 25 days with MFP I lost 5 lbs. I'm aiming for 1 lb. a week

An average of 12,000 steps are made by a waitress in an 8 hour shift, what would a pedometer record for me that I can record it on MFP?

I wish myfitnesspal and fitness blender would team up because I love the videos, you can pick and choose so you don't get bored. Under strength in myfitnesspal, it doesn't have videos, it just relates to sets/reps/weight. Sure would be nice. hint....hint...
