Elliptical bike
I have been pondering around about getting a elliptical bike. I see the two brands, Elliptigo or StreetStrider. Has anyone experienced either one of these? Should I invest in a 3 speed or 8 speed? Moving handlebars or stationary? Is it worth the money?

On myfitnesspal, walking 45 minutes, 4.0, with no incline, it says I only burned 267 calories. Does that little 2% incline makes that much of a difference? Or who is closer to…

fruit
I love fruit. I want to eat more fruit, but the calories add up so quickly with them. I could eat about 2 grapefruit a day, 3 bananas, and pick 3 apples off the tree. But if I do eat all of them, I go over my daily calorie count. Any suggestions??
