waitress tracking/logging

I waitress at a little cafe, 5 days a week, 6 hours a day. For the first 3 hours, I'm rushing. The next 3 hours are slower pace: cleaning, dishes, sweeping, mopping, food prep, stocking, ect.... On the net, a waitress can burn 175 calories an hour, how do I calculate my activities for the day? I probably only sit for 15 minutes, otherwise always on my feet and moving. I do not replace this with my cardio workout, just wanted ideas how to record it for MFP, thanks

Use a pedometer0

I'm a nurse and have the same problem. How to record it. i have a fitbit it records my steps and updates MFP to an extent but unable to record steps in MFP over a certain time. If manually putting it in. I don't walk for the sake of exercise. I find it very boring and unmotivating. I have to be doing something like working, waking around my property to check fences and animals, a bush walk with friends etc.I'm aiming to increase my daily activity in normal ways without added gym expenses and boring walks. So find these hard to add to exercise log.0

An average of 12,000 steps are made by a waitress in an 8 hour shift, what would a pedometer record for me that I can record it on MFP?0

I also work in a small diner. I am a manager/cook, so I don't walk as a waitress usually.
Typically, in a seven for shift, I walk anywhere from 5k to as many as 10k if I'm really running ragged. According to my fitbit charge hr, this amounts to roughly 2500 calories between midnight and the end of my shift around 2pm.
Of course, I am a 6'4" fat man, so those numbers aren't really applicable to you.0 -
Just set your activity level to lightly active or moderately active0
