Hi all! New to the group and to planking :D I'm planning to complete the "Beginner Challenge" for October for a total of 27 minutes (minimum - I'll try to add multiple sets early on to increase my total minutes). Hoping to build my strength slowly month to month; would love to build to 60 minutes eventually! Let's do this!
