    This experience brings up a lot of reflection regarding personal commitment. My many excuses are rather weak considering the small amount of time it would take to reach my goal. I hope to do much better in October. The plus side is that I am up to 50 seconds! Looking forward to October's challenge. :)

    Congrats everyone. Whether you made your goal or not, you tried, and that's what counts! I'm working on October's post now, will post a link when it's ready. Still a couple days left, although I probably won't get any more in this month. Been away from running/walking for two weeks now hoping my knee and right leg's shin splints would heal. Hopefully they have so gonna give it one more day of lifting then I'm planning on walking/running on Sunday.
