Hey girl! I'm doing Insanity Max 30! How CRAZY is Shaun T?? Lol I feel like I'm gonna die in the warmup!

I have no idea how much I spend per meal but I like to keep everything super simple. I get my veggies from the farmer's market and get the basics (meat and cheese) at the grocery store. I only really get the things that are on sale and stock up when it's a really good deal.
-
OMG! You're doing awesome girl!

I try to log my cheats because they are definitely an eye opener but sometimes it's too difficult. Like my last cheat meal I went to the Chinese buffet and literally had a little bit of everything. I was like screw it! I'm not even gonna try logging all this stuff. I knew I was bad and had to get back on track but I didn't…

I think logging does help. I also started a low carb diet that has helped me tremendously. More fat fills me up longer and satisfies. Haven't had ANY cravings, it's a miracle! I used to binge eat like crazy and have major cravings for everything sweet. :)

I'm obsessed with cheese so it's definitely staying in my diet! Which is why I chose to go low carb but not Paleo.

You rock girl!!

Looking at my wedding photos. I hadn't even realized how big I had gotten!!

It is his loss! Use his hurtful words to fuel your drive. Prove him wrong!

It sounds weird but write in a journal! I went through the same thing. I would end up eating an entire pizza myself when I wasn't even that hungry or an entire jar of peanut butter. Most binges are emotional though. I know I eat when I'm stressed or bored. If you write in your journal every time you feel like snacking for…

Maybe cheese or peanut butter. I usually don't need much to fill me up :)

Well for flavor, experiment with different spices and find out what you like! And as far as comfort food goes, I am the queen at that!! Lol I do cauliflower mash liked mashed potatoes, cauliflower "mac" n cheese which is actually quite satisfying, Cauliflower "rice", cauliflower tots like tater tots, you can even do…

Lol I'm a life logger too. Vacation in May destroyed me and it was so hard to get back on track! I do take one day a month where I don't log my cheat meal because I just want focus on enjoying it and not stress out. Other than that I ALWAYS log!

I didn't even know there were two types. I find that most people do 75%/20%/5% fat, protein and carbs. That's what I've been seeing around anyway.
-
I do the EXACT same thing but you can always start out slow. I know a lot of people who ease into low carb. I'd say you'd be ok with starting at 50 grams of carbs if you wanted to do that and then cut back as you feel comfortable.
-
I've gained weight on this diet too but it was all muscle! Are you seeing any progress off the scale?

Bulletproof coffee and fat bombs!!

I'm all about keto. I've been on the diet a few months now, know a bunch of people also doing it with success, and have been doing a lot of research on it. Oh and I have a ton of really good recipes! Message me if you have any questions! :)

I recommend eating healthy. You may only need a calorie deficit to lose weight but what you eat effects the way you feel. Eat healthy and you'll have more energy, should be able to sleep better, and feel better overall. Not to mention all the health benefits. I know a ton of people who were able to go off various…

Depends on what kind of diet you're on. I do a low carb, high fat, moderate protein diet so I pay close attention to where I'm at with my macros. But other than that, I'd just pay attention to your calories.
-
It's totally normal for your weight to go up and down. Could be water weight! But I wouldn't worry about it since it's just a couple pounds. :)
-
REAL foods, not processed! Pretty much the perimeter of a grocery store :)

Yea! I am the same exact way and weekends are even more difficult! I have learned some tricks that occasionally work for me. After dinner, I totally shut the kitchen down and turn out the lights. I brush my teeth right after eating because I never want to eat after having that minty taste in my mouth. I also try to keep…

It's OK for your calories to go up some days and down other days. It's actually good to do that. And I recommend having a treat when you need it. I'd you're craving something really bad sometimes it's worth it to just get it out of your system and start fresh the next day. Just make your "cheat" worth it. I've you're…

Originally from Philly. Now in Bradenton, FL!

Peanut butter is fine to have in your diet unless you're like me and eat entire jars at a time! :p

Welcome! I've finally reached my goal weight after losing 50 pounds so I've been exactly where you're at. When it comes to exercise, it's important to choose something that you absolutely love doing. I started with Zumba but if dancing isn't your thing I would recommend any Beachbody program. I've done P90X twice, PiYo…

I keep rice and bread in my diet but I've switched to whole grain bread and brown rice. I learned this from the Abs Diet for Women. That book helped me a lot when creating my own diet. And it's more of a guideline than a diet so it's more manageable and not as strict!
-
I've toned up a lot by doing P90X, PiYo, and now P90X3. Maybe you could try one of these programs and get plenty of protein in your diet!

I'm not sure but I feel like my weight comes off randomly. There will be a whole week with no weight loss then the next week it's like I'm losing a pound a day. Then I may gain a pound or two.. I dunno it's hard for me to say I want to lose X amount of weight in a week because I'm always going up and down.
