Just finished Block #2 of P90X3 and feeling great! Only lost a pound since the last training block but I feel like I'm toning up which was my goal to begin with. For anyone wondering, I did create a group for P90X3 or any other of the programs. I guess you would just have to search for "P90X3" and join the group! Let me…

Happy Easter!!

I started maintaining when I realized I was exactly where I wanted to be. I liked the way my clothes fit, I was confident, and I was at a healthy weight. You'll know when you get there :)

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I log my entire day ahead of time so I know exactly what to eat, when to eat it, and when to stop eating. The best thing to do is choose foods that leave you feeling full. Plenty of protein! For me, I have days where I'm fine and then random days here and there where I go through what I can a…

Are you eating enough? I get them when it's been awhile since I've eaten. Make sure your eating small snacks throughout the day and that might help!

I'm so sorry for the difficult time in your life right now. There's only so much you can handle at once. Try some different things and just see what works for you. Exercise may just be the thing to take some of the stress off.

I have a Taste of Home healthy recipe book that I highly recommend. The recipes are simple, many of them are "fast fixes", and I haven't made a bad meal yet.

10. I love working out and eating healthy. It's seriously all I think about. Once you get to a certain point it becomes a habit.
-
I would still track them so you get in the habit of logging everything. Whenever I leave something out simply because I'm too lazy to track it, I find that I start to leave more and more out. It never hurts to log anyway :)

Just take it one day at time! You got this!

Been there, done that! The thing you have to remember is that it's in the past now so no point in stressing over it. Just lift your head up and get back on track. These things happen to everyone. Forget about those calories! I know when I binge the numbers just keep going through my head and it's just not worth the worry.…

It's so hard to get back on track isn't it? You're doing an awesome job though so keep up the good work!

We're all in this together and we're all here to support each other. You got this!

After awhile you can probably just estimate how much you're taking in. As long as you're eating healthy, eating when you're hungry, and not over eating you should be just fine. I know I can get obsessive over calorie counting and that's really no way to live! You'll just drive yourself insane.

This is an amazing transformation. Congrats on your weight loss. You're truly an inspiration!

I vote for a balance of both. But choose workouts that you love. Find out what motivates you and keeps you going.

Relaxed outside while I enjoyed uninterrupted reading time!
-
YES definitely! Keep it up and you'll see change!
-
I honestly stopped using my scale. As long as I'm getting smaller and loving my body who cares what the numbers are?

If you're gonna have a treat, you gotta do it right with bacon! :)

Amazing transformation!!

I found that I got into the groove of it after awhile. You just have to make it through the tough part in the beginning and eventually it becomes a habit. You can do it this time! Just don't give up!! :)

I absolutely love breakfast so I have no problem eating most of my calories in the morning. This way I'm burning all those calories off throughout the day. I know some people can't do breakfast and that's ok. You just have to figure out what works for you. I would so though to avoid eating anything late at night!

You cannot let yourself fear failure or chances are you will fail! Picture yourself succeeding. Picture what you'll look like when you reach your goal. Work on your goal every single day with a positive attitude. BELIEVE in yourself! You can do this!!

I wait until my husband jumps in the shower and then snack on anything I can get my hands on.
-
That's not a bad idea!

This is a truly inspiring story. Way to go and thanks for sharing!

Hello! :)

I never know where to start in the gym either. I do Beachbody workouts. I love them because you can do them right at home. The only thing you have to think about is hitting play. There are many types of programs. Right now I'm on P90X3 and I love how they're only 30 min long. It's not for everyone but worth looking into! :)
