Normally I add 1-2 ounces. Because I weigh everything, I know that I am not underestimating.

Oh yea. Completely forgot to add that. I put a small amount of grilled chicken on them normally. Then I get the rest of my protein from other sources outside of my salad.

Normally I just do lettuce, banana peppers, raw onion, pickles, and thinly sliced carrots. Yes I weigh everything.

Thank you for the advice & I'm sure I'll have fun. And yes, I knew that I am within the healthy range. I am trying to get on the lower end of that range though as my goal weight is 120lb

Well I'm glad that works for you, but I'm not ok with gaining any weight while I'm there. Vacations are supposed to be fun & if i spend the whole thing wondering how much weight I've gained, it'll suck. Also coming home and seeing that I gained weight, will make me regret the trip.

They don't believe I need to loose weight, even though I am 5'6 and 140 lb. I personally think, at that weight & height, I do need to loose weight.

MFP has me set at 1350 b/c I'm 150 with 1lb lost per week. So far, I am always full at the end of the day :)

thanks :) I try to stay between 100-250 cal for breakfast. I'll definitely start eating egg whites with veggies.

thanks so much :) I've been eating some homemade parfaits that consist of Greek yogurt, fruit and granola (130 cal) but I'm kinda getting tired of them. those ideas sound really good :)
