Cholestrol? Carbs? Maybe ?

Strong willpower. ;) admirable.

I think the best bread are those that aren't stale or moldy. Otherwise if I have a choice, banana bread with cherries in and butter. :P

My cramps get so bad I can't even stand up straight. Much less exercise. But, luckily, its only on the first day when its that bad.
-
I try to deal with it but it still sometimes creeps into my head. For example, I can be busy exercising and still think of it. I do need something to make me focus. And yes I do occasionally eat sugar free stuff, but sometimes there's no substitute for the real thing. ;) Plus, for some reason sugar free is not really a big…

Meh. Lucky you. Super jealous. :/

A few days before, during, and a few days after.

I am lightly active. But I use sedentary setting and add my exercise. Its just easier. I do get 10 000 steps a day plus gym some days. Intentionally. Unintentionally, I really do just sit on my butt all day. So with exercise included, my maintenance is 1800-1900.
-
Because people with strong willpowers inspire me. ;)
-
More like a 300 cal deficit. I'm pretty sedentary if I don't exercise intentionally. Like, I only get up to go and pee. Lol. My maintenance (at sedentary level, I do eat back any intentional exercise calories) is only 1650.
-
Actually its not that. its just that it doesn't bother my mind as much. I think about other stuff because we are talking and doing other things. And a little bit...because I know the candy is not "mine" and its "theirs" so I don't feel like I have any right to just take it. Weird but true.
-
When I started here I was netting 1250. I've since added 100 so I now net 1350. And I'm eating between 1500-1600 depending on the amount/type of exercise I do. My weight loss goal is a little less than half a kilo a week. I also have one day a week where I eat up to maintenance. Sunday. When we eat dessert after dinner.

The boredom makes me think about food. Usually when I think about it there's a compulsion to eat it. Particularly sweet stuff, but also normal food. Like I mentioned above, I only seem to have this problem when I'm alone, not when I'm around people. Which is what led me to believe its boredom.
-
Wow thanks. I'm humbled that you decided to adopt my idea. ;) it is actually a form of moderation in my opinion. But I'm always jealous of the people on here that can keep the stuff in the house and not be bothered by it. My sister is also like that, and I've been trying this honestly for like 2 years without much success.…
-
Wow you've clearly got the moderation thing down! Yeah I don't usually eat out of hunger or thirst. My meals are pretty huge because I love bulking them up with vegetables and stuff. So a 400 calorie meal ends up being an oversized plate of food that's actually enough (volume wise) for 2. I think mine might be out of…

I gave them to my neighbor lady. Should have kept them. Now I have to buy new ones for this experiment. Lol
-
They really do whisper though. They bother me until they are gone. I keep thinking about them if they are here, no matter how I try to distract myself. Sad but true. But I agree with the poster above. And with you. I need to learn this sooner or later. Try and try again until I finally get it right.
-
Yeah its a little weird. Don't know how I came up with it. But its working. At least for the mindless eating. :)
-
Hi thanks :) I do usually pre-log for the entire week. Its easy because I cook all my meals from scratch so I already have the whole menu planned out. I just have trouble sticking to it if candy is involved. Those darn things whisper to me. They are evil. In a good way.
-
The recipe builder is great. I cook everything from scratch, so, its my most used tool on MFP except the calorie counter itself. ;)
-
Once a month when my trainer takes my meassurements. Weight loss kind of takes a backseat to my life. I focus on other things. :)
-
Hahaha! No pain no gain ;)

Weight lifting 3 times a week. Cardio on the other 2 days, which mostly consists of walking for an hour. I hate jogging. Also, if I happen to be at the gym, my favourite machines are the elliptical and rowing machines. Weird I know. I just enjoy how they feel. But they are for fun, they don't burn many calories. (At least…
-
Meh. Paleo. Personally, all I do to feel full is bulk up my meals with lots of vegetables.
-
Eat anything you like, just cut the portions down so that you are in a deficit. And then you will lose weight. :)
-
It happens to me too. But in reverse. When I pre-log for tomorrow, it sometimes adds that meal to today. Annoying, but I just keep on going through it.
-
I usually eat what I crave. I don't keep treats in the house, so when I crave something I have to go out and buy it. I also only buy single serve treats (one ice cream cone instead of a whole container for example.) I just work it into my calories. If there's no room I make room. Usually by leaving out the starchy stuff…

Exercise helps, but do something you enjoy. Also, replace the bad habit with a better one. So if you eat cake for stress, drink a warm tea or something instead. Or take a nice long bubble bath when you need to unwind. Sometimes even practicing a hobby helps me out.

I don't like my body too much at the moment. But I'm working on it. I'm 5'2, and a cross between a rectangle shape (no hips) and an apple (portruding belly). Being short is a challenge. Esspecially when it comes to reaching things on upper shelves, although my "methods" are quite amusing to other people. I'm also quite…

He knows the situation of why I need to lose. unfortunately. If he didn't, I wouldn't be mad at him.
