You had me at vodka.... I allow 4-6 oz. Twice a week with la Croix, but it has to fit close to my calorie allowance. I also save a little room for a few snacks, maybe halo ice cream or a few crackers or chips. I try not to drink at restaurants or I will over eat!

Hi! I'm 35 mom to 6 boys, 5'1" currently at 127, down from 153 in December. I feel pretty good doing between 800- 1000 calories a day. I walk an hour a day as my mental therapy :) feel free to friend me if you'd like as well!

I love to snack on boiled eggs, bowl of veggies no dip, lunchmeat with a half ounce of sharp cheddar, 6 almonds with coffee and cream, salad with garbanzo beans and a little rice, maybe add canned chicken if I don't have fresh. Greek yogurt plain with slivered almonds.... Hmm I will think of some more.

Haven't been a smoker for 16 years, also low calorie, I'd love to add support to your daily wall! I'm also petite and life very well on low calories!

Some snacks I'm loving: grapes, a serving of almonds, watermelon - super filling, banana with a super small smear of almond butter, a 2 oz. Serving of lunch meat, 1 oz of sharp cheddar with rice crackers.... I could go on ;)

Im around 1200 as well, very petite at 5 ft. And not very active, so please add me! I log MOST my food, but dinner nightly with the family us hard, I don't want my kids seeing me weigh and measure everything. But even with that I'm losing at a steady rate.

I had to set up for a rather large dinner fundraiser yesterday. I moved and lifted 8 ft tables like they were nothing. Went 7 hours with no food, just water. Felt incredible the entire day!

I'm a little shorter than most of you. 33 yrs, 5ft, 135 pounds, high weight 170, low weight 103. Currently I'm working out (cardio&weights) at least 5 times a week. Calories are at 1500 which I think are too high since I'm gaining not losing at all. I've gotten so discouraged this week.

I too have been getting serious reflux and heartburn from all the excess oil. Tried mct oil and every time I get an intense week long acid problem. I've been trying to research to see if other people have this issue and how to resolve it!

Same problem here too. When I try to re sync it shows a server error on the fit bit side. I bought the fit bit foe the purpose of these working together. It's been a constant nightmare!
