Refrained from freaking out upon realizing I've been grossly underestimating portion size while logging. Pants are too big so who cares.

I didn't read it as lb for lb. :) If you take the same size (not weight) chunk of fat & muscle - the muscle weighs more than fat. So - lb for lb - weight is of course identical but size is considerably different.

Pork is generally budget friendly. allrecipes.com/recipe/pork-tenderloin-diablo/ is terrific with a green veg and cauliflower mash. Easy to divide into portions for easy meals later in the week as well. Low carb, low cost and should definitely eradicate hunger. :)

I find a long walk with a decent playlist helps me get my Zen on during stressful times. Worth a shot.
