belated posting about this, but during the winter holidays, I couldn't lend my brother any pairs of trousers, because finally, I'm smaller than him. All my life (yes including childhood), despite him being 4 years older and also taller, I was so fat that I was bigger and couldn't borrow his.

I'm 6 foot, naturally lanky limbs and no boobage to speak of; I got to my "doctor recommended" weight of ~158 lbs a couple of times (currently gained back some) and I still had quite a lot of belly fat, so my new goal for now is 150. Even if I'm not maintaining yet, that's exactly what I do, too. I use the weight as a reminder to start the day well (i.e. not go overboard at breakfast which would snowball into going overboard all day). But I know there are fluctuations so for *tracking* purposes I always look at a longer period trend.
