I gave up trying to use that function and just use it for alarms, steps, and text messages when I’m away from my phone. I have noticed that if I am carrying something or pushing a wheelchair my steps don’t count. [/quote] I started wearing mine around my ankle inside my sock because I’m usually carrying stuff or pushing a…

Good morning everyone! I’m excited to join this group today. I’m Linda, I’m getting ready to turn 56 and I am from Virginia. I need to lose at least 30 pounds and get my health back on track. I used to be on MFP all the time and was really good at tracking all my food. I’m a mom of 5 and grandma to 9...I have been putting…

I'm Linda from Virginia, USA. I'm a mom of 5 grown kids and memere to 7 beautiful grandkids. Actually just found out #8 will be arriving in May I started my healthy journey a few years ago to help deal with some of my health issues. I lost weight, unfortunately I found some of it again last winter during an extremely…

Team 9....so far I have @BourgeoiseX officially dropping out. Sent messages to several other non active members to see what their intentions are as far as continuing or not.
-
@Nikion901 Thank you so much for getting that done on the spread sheet. I think we have so many different challenges it's a little hard to keep up with it all. I have messaged the inactive team members to see what their intentions are but haven't heard back yet. For this week we should all aim for about 195 minutes…

I'm actually not the one who does the calculations for the spreadsheet. I believe they have it worked out so that the numbers do calculate at the end....you could check with mallowbar on this.

Wow we are really off to a great start. Be sure to log all your stats on the spread sheet. If you have trouble accessing it just keep track of your weekly totals and send me a message with the weekly amount and I'll be glad to put it in for you. I've been working in the squat challenge, the arm challenge, a 6 week booty…

Issy: Great job! You just keep a personal log of the extra challenges that you do.

I hope you all had a great weekend and you're ready to get this party started. Let's all aim for at least 250 minutes of exercise this week so that we can crush our goal! That would be 50 minutes 5 days this week. I know we can all get that done! Don't forget to try out the dance or at least eat something Greek  I…

I hope everyone is having a great weekend ❤️ I have added everyone's name to our Amazing Race Team 9 tab on the spreadsheet....please check to be sure I spelled everyone's name correctly. My grandson was distracting me while I was doing it

I know for myself, evenings are the worst. I do home daycare and my first kids get here at 6:30 and the last ones leave around 7:30 or 8. Luckily the last 2 are my grandkids so I just feed them dinner. But I'm usually so exhausted and stressed by the evening that all I want is something instantly ready to eat. I have found…

Hello everyone, Happy Friday! I'm looking forward to getting to know you all. Carmen--wow! You must be busy with 7 kids...how old are they? I have 5 kids (ages 34-19) and 7 grandkids (ages 9-4 months). As my mom would say Never a dull moment! Laura--You're in the right place for motivation  That's what this…

I have had a pretty good week even though we had to deal with a darn blizzard and a week of snow days for the kiddos. I pulled out my mini trampoline and have been using it to get some jogging in...seeing that I can't do anything high impact. I have been doing Fitbit challenges all week and met my step goal and then some…

Sorry guys...I have been so overwhelmed recently that I just kind of dropped off. Between the cold and the stress my fibro has been really acting up. Not sleeping and then I'm exhausted all day. I just haven't had the energy to keep up with anything. I'm hoping to start fresh this week and with any luck things will start…
