  • I’m in! It’s my birthday today, so no better day to recommit. I’m a stress eater and I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress lately and need to get things back on track.
  • I like Leslie Sansone, walk away the pounds. She has a ton of free videos on YouTube. I also follow Pahla B, she has a new program that you can pick your level and she has a different workout everyday. She calls them mini challenges and there is something for every level...and it’s all free!

  • Good morning! I have just recently been able to start back up with my walking. Due to health issues I have to try and not overdo it as I have been known to do. Learning to listen to my body and slow down as necessary. I’m going to set a June goal of 90 miles and hopefully I can surpass that.
