I'm 4 weeks in to my lifestyle change. My goal is 135 lbs. We leave for Tennessee in 18 days and I'd like to lose 3 more lbs by then to put me in the 150s!! Wish me luck!!

I have similar starting point and goal at as you. I've fallen off track so many times. This time is for real. I'm 4 weeks in.

Been at it for almost 4 weeks. Healthy eating (mostly clean) and workouts everyday. I have 19 days until I go on our family vacation to Tennessee. My goal is 4 lbs by then! That will put me in the 150's. Wish me luck!!

I am just hopping back on the band wagon. After losing 40 lbs 2 years ago, I'm ready to get the 7 I've gained plus another 25 lbs off! I'm only 3 days in, but ready to get the rest of this baby weight off! Just to give you an idea, this is what my stomach looks like :neutral_face:
