Hi, everyone! I'm 5'5 and currently weigh 137. The before pictures were taken in June 2013 and the after pictures were taken today at home. I saw this post and was inspired to make my own before and after image. Currently, I'm working on kettlebells to increase my strength. Cheers!
Unreal, people! Congrats!!!3 -
I LOVE these - this is my 1st time back in 10 months and looking at this reminds me why I am coming back here to start again - seeing these pictures is what is also going to help. Knowing so many of you have changed to a healthier you and the transformations - I can do this, I want to be a success story as well.
- Thank you and please keep these coming, so many of us need this motivation.0 -

You all look completely amazing! I'm 5'4" and want to lose 25more lbs. Seems so far away but most of you have lost a lot more than I want to lose, but seems like the lighter you are the harder it is. I want to get down to 116lbs or thereabouts so this gives me hope I can do it. Hoping to be posing in a bikini on here soon!2

This is me, 24 (nearly 25) and I'm 5'4 was 234 this time last year (joined mfp a few years ago when I was a bit lighter hence my slider showing my total loss as a bit less than this) and now 146 - MFP and all the people on here are the biggest motivation! In the last 12 months, I've become fitter that I've ever been, done my first triathlon and now I'm in training for my next triathlon and my first 10km run!
I have more energy now (which makes me laugh typing it as I used to roll my eyes whenever anyone said that) and looking back at my old photos puts things into perspective!
It's been a fantastic journey and I'd recommend MFP to anyone and everyone!

I've lost 42 pounds, the first 21 I yo-yoed for a few years and then I've finally got it figured out and I have lost the second 21 from mid/end-November until now. My ultimate goal weight is between 120-125.
Height: 5'5"
Before: 175 (although I started at 181)
After: 139

Been at it for almost 4 weeks. Healthy eating (mostly clean) and workouts everyday. I have 19 days until I go on our family vacation to Tennessee. My goal is 4 lbs by then! That will put me in the 150's. Wish me luck!!

My health journey started on 1/1/14. I'm 5'4" and my ultimate goal is to weigh between 120-125 lbs. I workout 5-6 times a week doing boot camp & circuit training, as well as doing double workouts 2-3 times a week with 5K runs. I log in MFP religiously everyday and maintain healthy eating habits. But I enjoy a treat meal once a week! Water and green tea are my top beverages. I've wiped out alcohol almost completely.
I'm almost there and I'm not giving up!!! If I can do this, you can too!

My heaviest (approx 260lbs):
My current (approx 149lbs) during:
There is a couple year difference between my heaviest picture and current. There have been up's and down's and even a second pregnancy between the pictures. However, nothing is going to stop me from getting to my goal and I don't care how long it takes.
