Word, yo. I overcooked it once and it was like chewing a tire. A shame, because the texture is part of the reason I enjoy it so much. And yes, it's definitely important to give it proper cleaning.

Yup. Cilantro, lemon juice, salt and some kind of chile. That's true guacamole, from what I understand. Tomatoes, onions, garlic, spices, etc. are people having fun giving it a kick. ETA: maybe it was lime juice, not lemon. Sounds right. I heard this from a very trustworthy looking old Mexican grandmother, lol.

It does, 'cause I get one everytime there's a new post. I just got 2 since I created this thread, ha. And no, I didn't start it or star it. Nor comment on it (that I remember). It's not the biggest of deals, but it'd make my life a bit better to turn it off.

Can't you just log each of the fruits one by one? Weigh 'em, log 'em, juice 'em, drink 'em? You'd just have to consider that any fiber amount might not apply, but the cals and carbs would be fairly accurate, I'd say.
