+1 haha

Huh. This was so obvious, how did I not see it? :+1:
-
love it, I'll try this next time :+1:
-
Aww... how fun. It'd be nice to have all sorts of fresh herbs at hand, as well as lemons and cherry tomatoes.
-
1800 sounds great. You're pretty active, I'm guessing?? :) ?
-
Right? I'm sipping my coffee, reading awesome recipe's ideas... with urine talk in between =/.

But that's the idea! For it to be a CHALLENGE :+1: For the first month there are like 4 videos which rotate (not counting abs, nor stretch, which are easier to follow). Take some time to watch them (not working out) and study the moves. Get the hang of them. The idea is to get better each time, anyway! I'm on week 3 and I…

@sixxpoint sounds good! I've been seing a lot of brussels sprouts on the fresh produce market over here, so I'll keep this in mind for a side dish soon. @Scarlett_ptista haha thanks! There's an abundance of these sprouts where I live, so I'm gonna try to incorporate them in my dishes, since I read they're very nutritious.…

So... IS it possible to make brussels sprouts taste decent? Or are they a lost cause? (I think the question got asked at some point, I'm not sure if there was an answer.) They have omega-3, so it'd be good to get them in a bit.

Boy, being short blows =/ I'm 4'11'' and I don't even want to imagine what my maintenance calories will be (when I hit a weight I like) if I don't necessarily want to be slaved to a consistent workout routine. I'm getting depressed even thinking about it. Ugh, these have been struggly days, weight loss wise. But this too…

seems like a good idea, taking a little break after a year of kicking *kitten*. The difference in the pics is awesome and it's great that you maintained (as opposed to having it creep back on). Best of luck on Round 2!!! You know what to do ;)

mmm... but one doesn't gain weight - necessarily - by eating large volumes of food. I gained weight by drinking my calories (soda, juices, lattes, milkshakes, beers, wines, distills) and eating ice cream and chocolate goodies... every night. Small volumes of food packed with major calories. It had nothing to do with…

Hi! Mmmm... I do have a loss, but it's when the period is good and over. The days before it starts, on the other hand, I have an annoying lower belly bloat and sometimes a scale gain. During I don't even weigh, I tend to feel somewhat blah.

Cher!! Now she says it with style. Best euphemism ever, haha

:open_mouth: !

there are 2 things that make it easier: 1. The "tare" button. I put my plate on the scale and push "tare". This sets it to zero. I add the rice.... and jot the number down. (This also helps you add/take out spoonfuls if you have a desired amount to consume.) Then: press tare again, so it's back to zero. Add the chicken...…

Well, look at that. I'm from a land far, far away and we're on a long, holiday weekend too! Tomorrow's breakfast shall be a beautiful thing, lol.

Regardless of if 3000 was an exaggeration or if it was a big *kitten* bag of peanuts (a handful is like 150 cals after all) learn from the experience and start anew tomorrow. Nothing else to do. Like Scarlet O'Hara said "After all tomorrow is another day" :+1:

The first time I ate at a restaurant while on mfp it was lunch and I had steak and salad (spinach, a bit of goat cheese, cherry tomatoes and a splash balsamic vinegar). No drinks, no dessert, yes black coffee. I walked out darn proud. I was good at eyeballing portions by then, so I got to the hotel and logged it all...…

"Infected", lol. I like scrambeled eggs to be creamy and moist, but I DEFINITELY enjoy a crispy-bordered fried egg = )
-
Oh, I don't call 'em chunks, I call 'em velvety, blankety, heavenly morning folds, ha. (And yeah, the French version looked like a whole bunch of work for a blah texture.) FYI, for anyone interested, I researched to see if I've been logging my eggs right (they're pretty big, so I've been logging as large), and - ¡of…

Heeeey, good links! I'd seen Ramsay's one (with his sexy scrambled eggs, ha), but the other link I hadn't. English style, French style and American style scrambled eggs :+1:. Quick and fun watch and they all looked so good. So simple too, just a bit of technique, butter and salt. That's their beauty ♥ I must say, of the…

okay. I do that already, although not with ice. Eggs are really something, aren't they? xd Achieving awesome scrambled eggs, fried eggs or boiled eggs is not quiiiiiite as easy or obvious as the average person would think. I know you're a chef and probably thinking "btch please", lol, since you deal with more complex…
-
Thnks for the link! It's not really soft boiled egg I meant... I make those all the time for breakfast with no hassles, I just crack the top and scrape everything off. No, I meant I like hard boiled eggs (with a solid egg white), but the yolk kinda creamy still. Just kind of. A yolk that's not dry, nor gray (that's…

Haha, I'm not a picky eater at all, I eat them sometimes just for variety's sake. But yeah, they're very... unique. As is liver, but that I really dig :+1: But, didn't you read me? Ahem. Dark chocolate! 4 squares of Lindt 86% dark chocolate has....... *checking last night's logs* ........25%. I had intended to eat just 2…

Hahaha way to bring it all together :+1:

Ha, cool. I like creamy avocado action going on in my burgers. I don't need mayo either (unless it's homemade ♥) I like your approach though, because, just as with avocados, I believe a fried egg can make anything better :+1:
-
wow. Pics or it didn't happen!! I love it when people gourmet stuff up. That burger sounds so awesome I could taste it, lol.
-
Definitely liver. Sardines D: . Dark chocolate I've recently discovered, now that I'm tracking iron. Talk about happy discoveries. You can google and find a whole bunch of food sources = )

Cool, thanks :+1:
