It is easy to eat when you don't feel great as we think it will help or we will feel in control. But I try and way to myself will it change the situation or make me feel worse about something else. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. But you are in control of this part of your life and your journey. Big hugs to you.

That's what I've started to do when I have a bad day or get some bad news. Previously I would eat to make me feel better and get some control. When in fact I was just causing me to even more out of control.so trying to change that habit! Big hugs again!

Last check-in weight: 159.6 (close to tapping out haha) Current weight: 155 Pounds until 149: 6 Struggled to get back on track following sickness but I'm guessing there was quite a bit of water weight from antibiotics and sickness. Dropped over 4lb since last check in. Need to keep at it to get to 149! Here we go!

My weight was stubborn until about 6-7 months until my hormones decided it was OK to lose the fat as it wasn't needed. Keep at it. It'll come off!
