Bouncing around 150 and really struggling with consistency once I get into 140s. Got down to 148 a few times now and then just give in to every temptation until I leave 150 then I get back on it. Today has been good, just need to keep it up and then keep it off. Current weight: 151 Well done for all the great losses guys!

I'm aiming for eating 1490 calories too. 5'6 also lightly active. Looking at aiming 1lb a week. It's less than my recommended tdee so should keep losing weight then keep increasing to find my maintenence!
