My weigh in days are going to be all over the place. I work in Law Enforcement, and I am usually at work long before I have to use the bathroom. That, and when I am on calorie restriction, I only poop like every 3 or 4 days. I don't know why. My doctor said I'm fine, I guess I just don't have much that my body wastes. But I try to coordinate my weigh ins with days that I don't work and days that I poop. Lol.
