    Jan. 21: 148.0 lbs Feeling extra fluffy lately. Not sure what combination is water weight and what is fat but either way I don't like it. Time to cut out the extra snacks and eat more veggies.
    Jan. 28: 147.8 lbs Didn't do so great this month. I've adjusted my goals for the rest of the challenge.

    Feb. 4: 154.5 (Too much Pizza, beer and cupcakes! Husband's birthday was the 2nd and Super Bowl the next day. I can't believe I didn't gain!!) We did workout both days before indulging! It helped!
    Feb. 11: 154.5 Busy week, taxes, winery with friends, lunches with family, I'll take it as a HUGE plus that I didn't gain anything. :)

    February Goal: 153 (I did this purposely as we are vacationing the end of Feb. I will still log, but I won't be cooking at all. We will be doing a lot of walking so hopefully that will keep the weight stable. Won't have time for the gym. Wish me luck!

    (Original MFP start 1/20/2016 199 lbs....lost about 23 lbs, maintained it about 6 months & regained)
    New MFP start date 6/10/2018 199 lbs. Have logged in every day since then. Not going to regain this time!!

    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 154 lbs

    Jan. 7: 157.5 Going the wrong way. We had a party 1/5 and hopefully this is just water weight. TOM also came to visit !!?? (WTH?--hasn't been here for 6 months). Exercise has been good! Looking to post better numbers next week!
    Jan. 14: 153.5 Well. That's a bit better. Down .5 from starting weight, but might not make January goal!

    Feb. 25: 148 -- This number is bouncing. I travelled for a week, and then got appendicitis. I was 146 before going into the hospital....but I think that the angry appendix and lack of appetite had something to do with that. Out of the exercise swing of things for at least another week!

    Mar. 4: 144 -- Still recovering from my appendicitis. I think this number reflects a week of sparse eating. Can't start exercising again til next week, although I did start walking again.


    Mar. 11: 144.5 -- I'm actually kind of happy that I'm not so far off my original goals. Not surprising that I'm up .5 because my sister was visiting and I did not eat perfectly, nor on plan.
    Mar. 18: 143.5 -- Hmmm. Better than last Monday, but I was a lot lower much of the week. I'll take it though!

    February 26th: 164.6- I've been stuck right around 165 for weeeeeks so I'm kicking it up a bit and trying to bust through
