    ●Start Weight: 253 lbs
    ●Date w/MFP: Oct 2017 (June 2011)
    ●Challenge SW: 178 (FR)
    •Challenge Goal: Haven't decided, but I need to reach 170 first!
    •January 1: 178 lbs (fluid retention) I'll get this fluid off by the start of the challenge.
    1/02 - 177.2 - Coming down slowly. Need to get back to 174!
    📌•1/07 - 177.2
    1/08- 174.4 Now to drive this number down further!
    1/10- 174 Creeping down.
    1/11 - 172.8
    1/12 - 173.2 - Little bit higher on the carbs yeterday.
    📌•1/14 - 176.2 - A LOT higher on the carbs yesterday. 😌
    1/15 - 173.2
    1/16 - 173.8 - Changed my intermittent fasting eating window to later in the day. Seems to be working, but early weigh ins will be a bit higher.

    After my post on the morning of the 18th, no Internet at home until the morning of the 23rd. I had a couple of high calorie days, a couple of high carb days. Mostly vegetables and nuts. Tomato soup one day, hot chocolate yesterday. A few days, junk carbs, cookie, chips, chocolate. The winter weather has been colder than it has been for a long time. Makes me want to eat!

    Jan. 7: 211 😊 (This is just water weight lost from my big gain over Xmas. I was 206 on Xmas eve so I'm happy I'm heading back down)

    Jan. 21: 206lbs 😊 (back to my pre- Xmas weight)
    Jan. 28: 209lbs oh well... 😋

    Jan. 14: 148.8 lbs (alcohol and cake this weekend with not enough water)
    Jan. 21: 148.0 lbs Feeling extra fluffy lately. Not sure what combination is water weight and what is fat but either way I don't like it. Time to cut out the extra snacks and eat more veggies.
    Jan. 28: 147.8 lbs Didn't do so great this month. I've adjusted my goals for the rest of the challenge.
