    Jan. 21: 155.8 (Dang football snacks!) Damage wasn't too bad. I can feel the water retention from all the sodium rich foods. Ok and a few drinks. LOL

    Feb. 4: 154.5 (Too much Pizza, beer and cupcakes! Husband's birthday was the 2nd and Super Bowl the next day. I can't believe I didn't gain!!) We did workout both days before indulging! It helped!
    Feb. 11: 154.5 Busy week, taxes, winery with friends, lunches with family, I'll take it as a HUGE plus that I didn't gain anything. :)
    Feb. 18: 153.2 Back on track!
    Feb. 25: Vacation No access to scale.

    February Goal: 153 (I did this purposely as we are vacationing the end of Feb. I will still log, but I won't be cooking at all. We will be doing a lot of walking so hopefully that will keep the weight stable. Won't have time for the gym. Wish me luck!

    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 160.0

    Jan. 7: 160.0 - was 155 right before Christmas so a definite holiday bounce. Plus indulging in gluten which isn't good for me.
    Jan. 14: 156.4 - glad to lose the bloat from gluten and holiday indulgences.
    Jan. 21: 156.2 - irritating because yesterday I was 155.4...but I did have sugar and gluten over the weekend so really not a surprise to be +.
    Jan. 28: 161.0 - my own fault, lots of sugar and gluten last week. Complete fail for January but I will do well in February.

    March 11: 156.6 - I'm apparently doing an excellent job at maintenance, which is not what I'm trying to accomplish.
    March 18: 158.0 - don't ask me why, I have no idea. Ran 9 miles Saturday so perhaps water retention? Yesterday was 156.2. I'm starting to think I'm recomping rather than losing, replacing fat w/ muscle. I'm definitely smaller than I was...but still I want the scale to go down! Yes, the scale isn't everything. I think I need to do measurements and post inches lost as well as the scale weight.
    March 25: 157.4 - ran 10 miles yesterday plus ate too many carbs so I think it masked a loss as I was 156 all last week. I did measure last week and will measure again at the end of the month.

    February 26th: 164.6- I've been stuck right around 165 for weeeeeks so I'm kicking it up a bit and trying to bust through

    Mar. 19: 159.0- I can't believe I was HAPPY stepping on the scale this morning. 36lbs lost overall!
