Between the food ate while traveling, MREs, wild abandon for snacks, and no gym over the past 3 weeks; a 2lb gain is not that bad. Showed up as five when I first got home and has been dropping every day since, so maybe it was not quite 2 either. And overall, still near the challenge goal.4 -

After my post on the morning of the 18th, no Internet at home until the morning of the 23rd. I had a couple of high calorie days, a couple of high carb days. Mostly vegetables and nuts. Tomato soup one day, hot chocolate yesterday. A few days, junk carbs, cookie, chips, chocolate. The winter weather has been colder than it has been for a long time. Makes me want to eat!

📌•April 1: 177 - In March, I did a fat fast to break my weird carb craving and upped my
exercise. Still a lot of fluid fluctuations from increased exercise, but this gain is from CARBS! Sure hope I can break out of this decade this month. I'm tired of looking at this set of numbers.😜
•April 17: 175.2 - Not much progress. I was my April 1st weight yesterday!😳
