    Jan. 1: 207.6 I started today since I have a challenge going with my husband, daughter and son in law.
    Jan. 7: 205.6 Great week for me!
    Jan. 14: 203.8 Another great week!
    Jan. 21: 202.2 Yeah for me! Down again this week
    Jan. 28: 201.4 Very happy again this week. Sick this past week and didn't get to the gym but really watched food.

    January Goal: 201 - 6.6 lbs.
    January Actual: -6.2 lbs. close enough

    Feb. 4: 199.8 Yay for me, in the 100's. I have been here since July 2015.
    Feb. 11: 200.4 Not so good this week but that's okay I'll get back on track.
    Feb. 18: 200.4 Stayed the same but that is okay since I ate a lot of sugar and carbohydrates this week.
    Feb. 25: 201.8 At a retreat for four days this week, too many good things to eat.

    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL):
    (Original MFP start 1/20/2016 199 lbs....lost about 23 lbs, maintained it about 6 months & regained)
    New MFP start date 6/10/2018 199 lbs. Have logged in every day since then. Not going to regain this time!!

    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 154 lbs

    Jan. 7: 157.5 Going the wrong way. We had a party 1/5 and hopefully this is just water weight. TOM also came to visit !!?? (WTH?--hasn't been here for 6 months). Exercise has been good! Looking to post better numbers next week!
    Jan. 14: 153.5 Well. That's a bit better. Down .5 from starting weight, but might not make January goal!
    Jan. 21: 154 Bouncing around
    Jan. 28: 151.5

    Feb. 4: 151 -- I'll blame it on the super bowl, but honestly ate pretty well and no alchohol!
    Feb. 11: 150 -- Today the scale bounce between 149.5 and 150. Saw 149 once this week and 149.5 once.....
    Feb. 18: (TRAVELLING--NO WEIGH IN)
    Feb. 25: 148 -- This number is bouncing. I travelled for a week, and then got appendicitis. I was 146 before going into the hospital....but I think that the angry appendix and lack of appetite had something to do with that. Out of the exercise swing of things for at least another week!

    Mar. 4: 144 -- Still recovering from my appendicitis. I think this number reflects a week of sparse eating. Can't start exercising again til next week, although I did start walking again.


    Mar. 11: 144.5 -- I'm actually kind of happy that I'm not so far off my original goals. Not surprising that I'm up .5 because my sister was visiting and I did not eat perfectly, nor on plan.
    Mar. 18: 143.5 -- Hmmm. Better than last Monday, but I was a lot lower much of the week. I'll take it though!

    Apr. 8: 139 Weight loss is not linear. I set fairly reasonable goals at the beginning of this challenge, and for January and Feb, I thought maybe I should change them as the Monday weigh-ins were not cooperating. Glad I let them stand, as it kind of shows that looking at the long term trend both works, and is what really matters!

    Jan. 21: 148.0 lbs Feeling extra fluffy lately. Not sure what combination is water weight and what is fat but either way I don't like it. Time to cut out the extra snacks and eat more veggies.
    Jan. 28: 147.8 lbs Didn't do so great this month. I've adjusted my goals for the rest of the challenge.
