4/9 152.8, small gain but overall optimistic for the Friday weigh in. I have a really good feeling I will see a 14x by May 1st.
4/12 152.6, back slightly down to 20 lbs lost officially.
4/16 152.4, did an hour gym class yesterday called cardio and strength essentials and just about died, but I know 10 lbs ago I wouldn’t have made it through! The class had jumping jacks, mountain climbers, speed skaters, and lots of planks. I’m so sore today!

    4/22
    4/26
    4/30

Hope you are able to sit down tomorrow, I hate the second day! Great workout though and great to notice the change in yourself from when you were heavier!

I’ve forgotten to update. I briefly went down into the 147s, but the next day I was back into the 150s. I do think it’s just cycle-related water retention though so by my next official Sunday weigh in I hope it will have cleared out to leave me in the 140s. I’ve raised my calorie goal because if I’m in the 140s it outs me less than 20 pounds to goal which means it would be time to slow it down. 🤞🏻 Hopefully I see good scale news on Sunday.

Two days in a row of 151.4. I'd be more excited if I wasn't about to head off on vacation tomorrow. I'll be away from a scale, there will be birthday cake and some of my most favorite foods in the world, and I'll be on the road for 7 days. If I return at 153, I'll actually be thrilled. Still, it's nice to see these lower numbers for now.

Still 149.0 today, so I am very happy.
Next goal is to get to 145.6 because that is what I weighed the day I found out I was pregnant with daughter #2 back in January 2016.
Then 142.6 because that is what I weighed when I found out I was pregnant with daughter #1 back in October 2013.

I’m less sore than yesterday, but still going to take it easy on the elliptical today. Does it ever get easier or should I just expect 1-2 rest days after a strength workout? I can workout the next day after spinning and elliptical so this soreness is new to me.

You'll still get it as long as you are pushing yourself as it's the muscles repairing themselves. Glad you are less sore today though

@Fivepts - thank you! I started last August and weighed 170's my highest. It was a journey. I stop around Nov last year and came back doing calorie counting last Feb. Hoping to get down 120lbs by June.

Me too. But it's looking more like July unless I pick up the pace.

    Two week check-in: March 19
    SW: 175
    GW: 120
    CW: 146

I am losing about .5lb/week. It's tooooo slow for me and I am seeing how impatient I am. I was losing 3lbs a week at first, so I got overly hopeful.
