    5/16 - 149.2 This was post run, but with how my schedule is working I think I might just start using that timing. I wake up and leave for the gym within 15 min which does not give my body enough time to flush itself and sometimes not enough mental bandwidth to weigh myself. I will just remember it is a low weight and plan accordingly. Hoping to keep it in the 140's all next week.

    I would love to join! I have been in the 150's for months now and can not seem to get out of them. I circle between 150, 151, and 152 for the last 3 to 4 weeks and is so frustrating. My weigh in days are Monday. They are my highest days and would love for my highest day of the week to be well in the 140's by May!

    4/1 - 152.6
    4/8 - 152.8 I guess it's not going to be this week, lol
    4/15 - DNW - was on vacation and did not have a scale
    4/22 - 151.9 lowest weight on a Monday ever! This is after a 5 day vacation and a holiday weekend. So definitely on the right track.
    4/29 - 149.5 I am in the 140's on a Monday! Just barely, but I am there. Planning on sticking around for a couple more weeks just to make sure I don't leave this decade again! Yaaahhh for me!
    5/6 - 151.0 and I am back in the 150's,lol. Carbs and steak for dinner last night. I knew last week was to good to be true. Hoping to be completely out by the end of May.
    5/13 - 149.5 back to 140's but just barely!

    I feel like I have not changed weight really in the last two weeks. I am now getting used to the new gym schedule and I have weaned off a medication and bday party prep and travel is over. That means I should start seeing progress again right? I need a whole month of data at my current calorie level so I am sticking with it regardless.

    Feeling good today. Hunger is getting back in check and energy has been good so far today. I probably should go back to twice weekly weigh in but being right at the threshold has had me needing to know where I am. Weight jumps seem to be roughly 2lbs so 147 will be considered out, and then to keep working toward 140 as a mid point for maintenance.

    This group helped me focus on getting to the 140s (trying top leave those in the dust, now, but just as hard as the 150s!). This is what's been working for me:
    Highest Weight: 158
    Current Weight: 144
    Goal Weight: 123
    Way of Eating (WOE): IF 12-8 eating window, 1200 calories, little to no exercise
    * I've also done about one month of keto, adding carbs back now.

    Moving in the right direction! I did really well eating 4 of those 5 days and even my "splurge day" when a friend was in town was kept reasonable. I do use most of my "exercise calories," but hopefully all of the muscle I'm building in Crossfit is helping burn even more calories.

    Now off to do (scaled) Murph!

    Bouncing around 150 and really struggling with consistency once I get into 140s. Got down to 148 a few times now and then just give in to every temptation until I leave 150 then I get back on it. Today has been good, just need to keep it up and then keep it off.

    Current weight: 151
