    Had some ups and downs, plateaued for about 2 months at around 155-156 but I think I've broken that. Now to stay on my goals and keep moving downward!

    I'm still here and still trying to get to goal. For the first time since I started I experienced some significant TOM weight gain. My low weight last week was 143.4 and my Friday weigh-in was 144.2. By Monday I was at 147. I am back down to 145 and hoping to to be able to get back to at least 144.2 by Friday so I do not have to record a gain. The struggle is definitely real. Good luck to everyone!

    @tdp2013 I am 5'5".

    Starting weight for this journey was 170.4 on 1/1/19.
    My goal weight is somewhere around 125-130, will reevaluate when I get closer.

    @tdp2013 I am 5'5" I am currently aiming for about 20% BF which should be in the 137-142 range. I am currently at 24%

    I am 5’1 and my goal right now is 120. I’m currently at 143.8. The lowest I’ve been in the last ten years was 138 and I know I needed to lose more at that weight, but anything under 130 is basically a monitor and see what weight I feel good at since will be all new to me.

    Took a break from weighing in on the weekends, but I am back now. Finally got out of the 150's after 5 months of trying in May and now am working on getting out of the 140's. Will update every Saturday and hopefully be out by the end of July or August.

    I am now at goal working to figure out how to stay here. It is possible I will get to 140 by the time I figure it out and I am ok with that but not much lower as I am starting to look a bit bony. Good luck everyone!.

    Still plugging along. Really hoping to get under 145 this week. I had a 4 day holiday weekend this weekend so kind of just stayed the same. Fingers crossed we will see some movement for my next weight in!

    7/10 - 137.0 - As crazy as this sounds I have been eating about 100 calories more per day than I was, and it seems to have helped me break from the 140ish plateau
