Had some ups and downs, plateaued for about 2 months at around 155-156 but I think I've broken that. Now to stay on my goals and keep moving downward!2 -

I'm still here and still trying to get to goal. For the first time since I started I experienced some significant TOM weight gain. My low weight last week was 143.4 and my Friday weigh-in was 144.2. By Monday I was at 147. I am back down to 145 and hoping to to be able to get back to at least 144.2 by Friday so I do not have to record a gain. The struggle is definitely real. I am 5’1 and my goal right now is 120. I’m currently at 143.8. The lowest I’ve been in the last ten years was 138 and I know I needed to lose more at that weight, but anything under 130 is basically a monitor and see what weight I feel good at since will be all new to me.1 -

Great loss this week. Been going very strong and staying super strict to my calories. I’m doing another week of super strict diet and eating in a deficit. Then I will lighten up and loosen up on my diet a bit. If I can get down to 143 next week I would be thrilled.5
