Going for it the next 33 days. It’s time. I know what I need to do.

4/12 152.6, back slightly down to 20 lbs lost officially.
4/16 152.4, did an hour gym class yesterday called cardio and strength essentials and just about died, but I know 10 lbs ago I wouldn’t have made it through! The class had jumping jacks, mountain climbers, speed skaters, and lots of planks. I’m so sore today!
4/19 152, finally feel better so was able to do a 70 minute exercise yesterday. I will do the same today and perhaps a strength one again tomorrow

Current Goal Weight: 149.9 (ambitious given what's left of the month but we shall see. Fallen off track so this may help me get back to losing and break the plateau with a nice whoosh)

Pounds until 149.9: 5.5
(WOE): Just be aware what I eat. Include move vegetables. Stay within calorie limits (fitbit helps a lot to know when I'm not very active so I don't eat quite as much). Water, water, water. Half body weight so I aim about 75oz a day.

I’m officially “graduated” I guess. I did see a 150+ weight on the scale last week, but I also saw a 145 (that was after an 8 mile run though lol) - I seem to be about 147 most mornings so I’m counting myself into the 140s! Now I’ve upped my calories and will be slogging it out of there with an eye for 130. Good luck all, we’ve got this!6

I would love to join! I have been in the 150's for months now and can not seem to get out of them. I circle between 150, 151, and 152 for the last 3 to 4 weeks and is so frustrating. My weigh in days are Monday. They are my highest days and would love for my highest day of the week to be well in the 140's by May!
4/1 - 152.6
4/8 - 152.8 I guess it's not going to be this week, lol
4/15 - DNW - was on vacation and did not have a scale
4/22 - 151.9 lowest weight on a Monday ever! This is after a 5 day vacation and a holiday weekend. So definitely on the right track.4 -

Okay, I maintained on vacation! My calorie cycling plan worked. It broke my plateau, and I could probably have ended last week with a loss if I hadn't been on an epic road trip.
Currently 153.6.
Hoping to get back to 151 (and lower) soon!4 -
153.4 on the home scale and 152 at the gym scale after class this morning. I usually stall around 150, so I am hoping I can just fly through this time. I am traveling next week so I might stall a tad due to water retention.2

149.4 Deep breaths, deep breaths. I can almost guarantee it'll be up tomorrow, but this is nice to see! I almost wish I'd hit this number on a weekday instead because I never maintain on the weekend. How do you all keep it going on the weekends? My schedule is so different and it seems there's so much more time to eat.4

Congrats! Use it as motivation to keep it going forward. I actually find I move more on the weekends as I am not sitting at a desk, and when I keep myself busy I forget to eat. Plan a fun activity if your weather is nice, but enjoy the success regardless1
