That is awesome! I am just starting out and one of the reasons is because I have really high blood pressure. I really hope that I can have results like you so that I don't have to go on meds. How much weight did you lose?

I switched to making my breakfast and lunch everyday and taking it with me to work. Before, I was routinely getting fast food in the mornings and afternoons. I also started walking at least 30min 4-5 days per week.

Have a smaller portion of lasagna, and add a salad or other vegetables to fill you up. As long as you don't put a lot of dressing and toppings on the salad it should contain very few calories. I like to fill up with vegetables because they have few calories so I can eat a ton of them.

I quit 6 days 13 hours and 50 minutes ago! I also started trying to lose weight at the same time, so far I have lost 4 lbs. I know I have a long way to go, but your post has inspired me to keep going!
