Totally. I went to a boxing class for the first time in 4 years today. I was amazed at how challenging it was, but also how well I did for being so out of it. I have the heart, now I need to get the stamina back.

There is a Panda Express very near my office. It is a place I need to avoid. Stress = Orange Chicken. Orange Chicken is addictive. :#
