If you like it then go for it! I've personally enjoyed sobriety versus the weekend bar fest. But that's just me. Whatever floats your goat.

No. Pizza doesn't have a classification because it's literally from the heavens.

I absolutely don't eat pasta. When I go a week or so without it the cravings go away. I don't really crave that or bread anymore. Mine are mint Oreos and tiramisu. I cannot buy these and eat them within my calorie goals. My husband is a truck driver so I eat some and send the rest with him on the road so it's not in the…

I just ordered t25

I've been known to dance while I eat lol.
-
I guess I just don't know what to eat to get full

I love the simple truth ones and also "Pure Protein" which is like 21g protein, 3g sugar, 180 calories <-- that's the chocolate deluxe. Found them at Kroger and the blueberry Greek yogurt one was INCREDIBLE
-
Lol I actually think they taste amazing. I've got a bit of a sugar addiction so it's helped me stay away from cookies and cakes.

Doe it matter to know how much I've burned as long as my calories are in check?
-
Well it's like cardio circuit not like circuit as in at the gym moving from machine to machine. I literally don't stop moving.
-
Where did you get yours? The cheapest I've found was $50!
-
So people with a higher metabolism just burn more calories during exercise?
-
Yeah I've been doing Jillian Michaels videos and I looked it up and it said it was supposed to fall under circuit training. I will say that I'm pretty dead by the end of the hour but idk how to gauge the calories burned vs how I feel.

Yuck! Hotdogs?
-
You'll gain it back quick. Slow and steady wins the race.
-
Woah stop that! Eat more calories if you're exercising that much. I honestly think 1200 calories is bad for anyone. Don't try to lose too fast. Think of your age, it took this long for you to get here, its not going to be a short journey to get back either. You will end up bingeing one of these days or quitting eating…

Fruit sugar isn't bad for you. Too many calories stop weight loss.

I started working put at night because of my situation with my daughter, but it's actually turned out to be best for me. No hunger because I go to bed.

Sorry, body frame*

Yum! Eggplant?
-
I gave up pasta, bread, potatoes, basically sugar. I still eat desserts, and pizzas, etc so I'm not denying myself food. I just eat them differently. I replaced pasta with eggplant or zucchini, pizza crusts are giant Portobello caps or slices of a thick veggie like butternut squash or eggplant (I really like eggplants…

I had to cut sugar to stop bingeing, so in its place I've actually been eating regularly and getting full on different things. Fillers I add that are helpful are eggplants, mushrooms, chicken, cauliflower, or Brussels sprouts....aka heartier vegetables or just more protein.

Yup! I'm 5'10" and 230 lbs. It gets in the way but if that's not serious motivation then I don't know what is. I kinda like that I'm going to get to see the changes made during my journey and it's just a reminder of why my life isn't one that I want to live anymore.

I think it'd be more effective to keep your heart rate up so maybe do something intense like burpees or mountain climbers etc and during the show March or jog in place.
-
I'd recommend anything Jillian Michaels (some jumping), tiffany rothe is easy to keep quiet with, and also I found this new person Jessica Smith I think? YouTube is awesome.
-
I am not technically a single parent but I basically am. My husband is a truck driver and is only home on weekends. My toddler also doesn't get the whole "mommy is exercising" thing lol so I do mine at night when she goes to bed. So I work out from 9-10 pm and I was worried that it wouldn't have the same effect but working…
-
I eat something small about 45-60 minutes before workout.
-
YouTube all the way! I like Jillian Michaels if I'm looking for a butt kicking and tiffany rothe if I'm looking for just a little soreness. Don't listen to these other people...you don't need equipment to get fit and don't go out if you don't feel like it. I work out only at home because it's where I'm comfortable. I can…

I should add that I do this anywhere from 30-60 minutes (depends on how I'm feeling) for 5 days a week.

Its above the back of my knee in the center. Not directly behind the knee, but up about 4-6 inches.
