Gallon of water a day?
Has anyone seen some bonus in their life from doing this? Ir doesn't seem to impact my weight loss but it has helped with my skin and energy levels. And morning breath lol. Was I really sugar free?
Today my log says I ate 22g sugar. The sugar came from mushrooms, green beans, carrots, cottage cheese, and two grams came from a protein bar but it was xylitol or something like that.
