How do you log a workout video?

I usually only workout using youtube videos from lack of equipment or a gym membership. Plus its a lot more fun and motivating for me if I'm constantly moving and dripping with sweat when its done and over with. So sometimes I use Jillian Michaels or Tiffany Rothe or something but I don't know how to log it. Should I just put it under aerobics? For JM it's usually a mix of like crunches, jumping around, kickboxing, and such. For Tiffany it's usually crunches, general 'moving around'?, using weights and the like. Also is this going to be effective for weight loss? I really don't want to just use weights or do straight cardio like jogging or jump roping etc. I've thought about dance but I just don't feel any type of satisfaction in my body from it. It seems like it's just not enough of a workout (keep in mind I'm talking about youtube here, not professional). What would you say? Is this workout okay and how do I log it?

I should add that I do this anywhere from 30-60 minutes (depends on how I'm feeling) for 5 days a week.
