It will, have faith, be patient, give it some more time and put in a little more effort. Its easier than you think. Do not be discouraged, everything you've done has made a change. If you cannot see it, doesn't means there weren't any changes. Every effort makes a difference.

Just have something light (has enough protien) before bed so that you do not starve, just enough to suppress the hunger. You might have to adjust it in your daily calorie intake so that your calorie intake doesn't exceeds the limit that you've set for yourself.
