Personally I have had great result on the Warrior eating style. One big meal at night then you get nice and sleepy and don't wake up hungry. Lost 105lb going GF, I don't have an intolerance just decided to cut it out. The Warrior diet and GF = Fit, trim and healthier than I've ever been. Still got 25lb left. You'll feel better, should lose weight

I am pretty much where you are. Fell off the last 7 months and gained 12lbs back. It happens, just have to get it back in check, you'll knock it out. What does your meal structure look like? I am a huge proponent of the Warrior diet (intermittent fasting) it works!!!!!
