But I have a nice stock in the freezer :) I have so many excuses and that is just what they are. But…

I have had to disconnect my Fitbit and mfp and reconnect them using my laptop a couple of times, after it has stopped syncing properly on my phone apps. Doesn't seem to happen often though.

Thank you. I am definately learning a lot about myself this year lol. Loving this challenge as well :)

May 1st: 12,333 May 2nd: 5,622 May 3rd: 12,013 May 4th: 11,561 May 5th: 8,909 This month I am learning not to push myself too hard or be disappointed if I don't hit my step goal of 12k. I put so much pressure on myself to hit it normally. May is a new start for me, be consistent but not hard on myself

Hi guys, Is there a may challenge for this? I'd love to join. I'm trying to find my motivation again.

I fell off the mfp wagon for a few months and am just getting started again. Something I never normally do is weigh say the single serve tuna tins. After reading this thread this morning I thought i would weigh it while making my lunch today. The nutritional panel says 95g is a serve. It weighed in at 100g. To some that 6…

When your mum says she will save you some of the lasagna she is making, but you know she isnt weighing any ingredients and you cant have it. Even if it is the "good" mince from the butcher. I'm more worried about the other things in it lol

I'm looking for some friends for support and motivation. I'm 92kg and looking to get down to 75 kg. Feel free to add me

I'm not sure of the US or other country terms. I'm in Australia. They're just the oats chopped up finer for faster cooking, 1 minute oats? I buy them already chopped up, but you can just put normal oats into a food processor and chop them a bit yourself.

You can use "quick oats" or quickly blitz some normal oats to make your own sachets. Add the flavoring of your own choice. My kids love when I add apple, cinnamon and a little honey to theirs. And berries, we love them with berries.

I am both excited and scared for this weekend, I know I am going to blow my calories. ( I only feel a little guilty) My sons 16th is tomorrow and I already have the pork ribs marinating, and will bake a banana cake today after work. Then we go away for the night for my mums birthday on Saturday..... I saw the menu for…
