Hola!! Omgosh!! When you come out of this, you will b super woman!!! Hmmm... Interesting I was having similar thoughts. Been divorced 5 years and pushing very, very hard to regain myself and my life back.... Awful when something negative happens that sets one back! ugh! I just started Ketogenesis, but now the whole body (and hormones) have to get on board with the new energy source information, 2-3 more weeks lol!

It takes between 4-6 weeks.... The body has to create the enzymes necessary to make the energy switch between glucose to fat. Our bodies have to go through a lot to make the permanent switch! :)

Rayrayfitz, too much exercise will increase your Cortisol levels (body stress) and will not allow you to loose weight. Just do a couple of days HIIT training and a couple of days Interval weight training. That's all you need :)
