WHICH TYPE BEST FOR BODYBUILDING? too many out there...
Hola! Been in Keto for 6 days now. Checked my blood for the 1rst time today.... and nothing.... My numbers: 15g Carbs/45g Prot. 107gFat/ Calories -1200 Been keeping up with my numbers very closely... Any insights?
Yesterday, started my 4th week on Keto. Still having water gain fluctuations. Drinking 86 ounces of water with 5-7g sea salt daily. Feel water retention..... Ketone levels good, but cannot figure out if I am Keto-Adapted. Haven't felt any energy surge....
I believe HCL is the main culrpit of me becoming Ketogenic. Added sauerkraut and Apple Cider vinegar to my diet (2 TBLS 10 mins. before a meal) Please give me feedback on this.... Does it heal quickly??? ugh!
Started Keto last Wednesday. Drinking 8 oz water with a lemon and 7g Sodium, plus the salt I put on my meals (Recommended Sodium 5-7g a day) Today I noticed heartburn and swelling. Anyone with this experience? Im planning to reduce salt in water to 5g..... THANKS!!
