It's amazing. A place called Orphan's in midtown Sacramento has this savory pancake. The pancake has cheddar cheese in it which is good, but not essential. What type of terrain are you riding? How far? If there is a lot of stopping and starting, then you may never be able to make that mph. 16 mph is really fast for a commute. I had a friend with a 10 mile commute some of it on a bike trail who managed 15-16 mph, but his top speed without stopping was over 20 mph.

Storing it upside down helps a lot. the oil rises to the top, so when you turn it over it is just easier to mix.

? You mean racing framesets? Road frames come in carbon, aluminum, and steel, and are traditionally not just for racing, but also touring. Try doing 100+ miles on a racing frame. Not many people can.

Exactly. The outside is crisp and done and the inside is medium rare.

For steak I buy thicker cuts, freeze them, and cook at the highest temp. The outside gets crispy while the steak is medium rare. And buy thicker cut I mean at least a 1/2 inch, but an inch is better.

Chicken breast? What about nut or peanut butter, cheese, chicken thighs even. Or if you must eat cold chicken breast try different salad dressings, like ranch, trader joe's spicy Asian peanut vinegrette. No reason to cut fats if you have that many calories.

At a recent class I broke the chair and wasn't the least bit embarrassed. Obviously a chair in not good shape. However, I also heard someone say and the tiny one broke the chair which I am not sure how I feel about as any chair in a conference room should be able to support people.
