I was 186 when I got pregnant and made it up to almost 255! I'm down to 198 now and shooting for a goal weight of 180. (she's 15 months so I've had a bit more of a start. BUT, more importantly than numbers I want to feel fit, strong and healthy. So, if that means 185, then that's fine, too!

Interesting. So, I shouldn't be more trusting of programs like Endomondo that can track altitude, average speed, etc based on my weight for the purposes of logging? I thought those were pretty accurate, guess I'm wrong. I just entered info into another online calculator 4 miles in 42 minutes, my weight, and it spit out 665…

Well, I entered my weight into the treadmill and it estimates my calories in my workout summary. Same with Endomondo. I'm sure there's some wiggle room.

33 and wanting to lose 30 more lbs of leftover baby weight. I'm trying to retrain my brain to make smarter, healthier choices the majority of the time and treat myself in moderation. It takes focus, planning and work but I've lived too much of my adult-life as a care-free over-indulger and my waistline has paid the price.

I'm 5'11 and have always gotten my work pants at NY&CO since they have talls. Pants are hard for tall women.

I'm 5'10 1/2 and my ideal weight is 175. My goal weight is 185. Once I get down to the goal, I'd like to push myself down to 175 and live my life somewhere between 175-185. The holidays and vacations are fun times to enjoy a little extra in life and if I fluctuate 10 lbs periodically throughout the year, then sobeit.

My baby (first one) is 3.5 months old now and I gained 60 lbs while I was pregnant. I've got about 40 to lose (I dropped that initial weight quickly, I was so swollen I didn't even look like myself) and I've basically been holding steady since she was born. I've made 0 attempts to really exercise or eat healthy and this…

I've got 35-40 lbs to lose. I put on around 60 with my first baby, she was born in November. Add me if you'd like.

I'm new again, too! Just got back on a few days ago and started my workouts this week. I had my first baby 3.5 months ago and I gained about 60 lbs! AK! I haven't focused on any healthy eating or exercise since she was born and I still have about 35-40 lbs I'd like to lose. Running a 10k at the end of March and kind of got…
