I think it's really just preference but mfp is not only free but it sets up your macros lets you also record your workouts and gives you a good guess-dimate on what your weight will be in 5 weeks which is super motivating. Yes food is energy and with the lack of sleep your body is looking for that boost in something else causing you to just want to eat and eat and eat. Sleep is very important in healthy weight loss

A lot of people hit this wall eventually. Especially losing a decent amount quickly. The best thing to do would be get a little bit stricter with your diet and change your work out routines to target differently

The thing is some days people do really well and other not so good. They put their diary out for everyone to see, without judgement. Don't like it, do look at it.

Since you can't target a certain area to lose weight specifically and you are eating clean I would look into changing your workout routine. Mixing it up and tryinn workouts that target those areas harder

Well the thing is yes they help ou lose inches in the experiences I've seen. I've never actually done one but I believe this would be like sown thing you do if you want to drop a few inches in the week for a special event but definitely by a permanent solution

When I have low/no carb days I got for like cucumber meat and cheese sliders! Pretty tasty.
