Supplements/pre-workout
If you use any supplements I was wondering what you use and what brand? Currently anything I take is Douglas Labs products however I’m not the biggest fan of the pre-workout. Any suggestions??

Where's the protein?
HELP. I'm in serious need of protein I only get an average of 82g a day. But I try to eat low carb and it's hard to stay full like that so I need more protein. I'm also very on the go but I don't want to eat empty calories. What are some high protein suggestions??

So I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be talking about this on but I'm looking at getting something to keep track of everything that syncs with MFP. And I've been debating between a Fitbit or Apple Watch but I haven't decided if the apple watch is really what I want. Does anyone use the Fitbit and like it?

Garcinia Cambodia
So I've been taking the Garcinia Cambodia pills for a while and they really do help control my appetite a lot and I don't take them always but lately when I take them I get the WORST stomach ache ever. Has anyone else taken these? Or have something else that would help in place of these?

Keep On Swimming
ugh, so I have been doing really good then reallly bad. On and off I have lost a good 25 lbs in about 2 months or so but none of my friends are advocate healthy eaters. So it's hard to stay motivated or to make the right meal choices with them. I just need that extra push some days and I don't know where to get it from?
