Fit a piece or two into your calories at the end of the day after dinner. That way you aren't giving them up, you satisfy your craving and you still stay on track.0

Buy the smaller sizes of the sweets. I would suggest increasing the amount of naturally sweeter foods you eat throughout the day. If the reason you want to stop eating them is because of the calories I would suggest chewing gum when you get the cravings or before you go shopping around the holiday time.0

I thought about that I just feel bad eating it.0 -

Then you need to evaluate your relationship with food.0 -

If you are filling in most of your day with lean meats, fruits and vegetables there is absolutely nothing wrong with 100-200 calories worth of things you enjoy. If you feel guilty for fitting the things you like into your diet then you need to evaluate your relationship with food.0 -

How would it harm her if her diet is well balanced? I wouldn't find peanut butter satisfying if I wanted chocolate. They aren't the same. If I want chocolate I have chocolate. It hasn't impact my weight loss or health.0 -
what does that even mean? Are you advocating a zero sugar diet or something???????
so if OP had vegetables, chicken, rice, whole wheat, eggs, etc in here day and threw in a few mini snickers and comes in at calorie goal that is bad because sugar??????????0 -
I'm struggling to imagine how 80 calories of a candy bar could hurt anyone without an underlying medical issue.

The mini mini (like the 1 square inch) snickers/milky ways/twix/musketeer bars are all around 38-43 calories a piece.
I know cuz my coworker stocks them in her candy jar and sometimes you just need a 3 p.m. chocolate fix0 -

apparently the sugar in the snickers bar cancels out the benefit of anything else OP does in that day ....0 -
snickers > peanut butter.
I'd reach for a snickers before a tablespoon of peanut butter any day- it is a really great snack with carbs/proteins/fats to help get you through what you need. Seriously- it's a way better complete snack than just peanut butter.0 -
Dont watch tv.
Dont stock food you dont want in your house
Grow a backbone
Eat what fills you up
Maybe have a day where you work that in, or use it as energy for a workout.0 -

This. You need to re-evaluate your relationship with food if you feel guilty eating a small piece of candy.0
