Also spreading out your meals by having snacks throughout the day can help to curb the hunger.

my nutritionist says you can count the first 2 cups of coffee as "water" but extra coffee after that doesn't count. Tea and flavored water always count as water.

Add me if you need the occasional kick in the pants ;) I am willing to oblige :)

Truthfully you don't even need to exercise to lose weight as long as you are in a calorie deficit. But being physically active has so many other benefits besides assisting in weight loss. Keep on walking and more power to you!

That's a good way to rationalize it. What do you do if you don't know exactly how much you will drink? Run more?

So on the days that you do drink do you log it all or do you consider it a "cheat day"? Just wondering what to tell my friend

ah I see, as opposed to the estimated TDEE? is this the same if I am using a customized nutritional goal?
-
can someone explain this please? I understand how, just don't understand why?

I asked my trainer the same question. My trainer told me to do strength first while you have more energy and do cardio after. If you do cardio first you might be more tired and have worse form. I think the fat burning would be the same either way though.

because I couldn't fit into my summer shorts. Was going to Mexico in the winter and had no shorts that fit. Trying to find shorts at stores in the winter is not so easy!
