I don't own a tracker, but thanks for the insight. The workout said it burns 600 calories (60 minutes long). I usually don't worry about the calories burned, but 600 seemed a little high. My favorite at home workouts are (in no particular order): FitnessBlender, Blogilates, PopSugar, Tone It Up, BeFit, Jessica Smith TV, Kickboxing, and Zumba. I also enjoy lifting and HIIT workouts.

I do not think it's the frequency of the foods/snacks, but the quality/quantity. Additionally, I think weight has a lot to do with our own hunger awareness.
