Any well tolerated carbohydrate pre work out will do. I go with a chocolate power bar to go along with some coffee or tea. As long as your hitting your daily macro nutrient goals its not critcal that you eat any specific foods immediate post workout.

Definitely i know what you mean. I never go to McDonald's or burger king any ways. Great thing about using my fitness pal though is you can eat the foods you enjoy in moderation and still meet your fitness goals in the process
