pre and post workout foods

hey guys.. looking for some better options for pre workout foods and post workout foods. i do a lot of high interval training and i am looking for some different choices that will help me get through workouts better. thanks!

  • Any well tolerated carbohydrate pre work out will do. I go with a chocolate power bar to go along with some coffee or tea. As long as your hitting your daily macro nutrient goals its not critcal that you eat any specific foods immediate post workout.
