  • Hi Natalie, Welcome to MFP ... my husband and I have both been logging our calories and upping our exercise which has worked well for us both , we have found it much easier to follow and lose weight than any other 'diets' out there.   • Thanks for the advice, I have changed to now lose 0.5lb a week which has changed my calories to 1510 per day ... I will try this for a few weeks and fingers crossed it will do the trick :happy:
  • Thanks for the advice so far ... I have been eating all my calorie allowance everyday with the exeption of one day i was under by about 200 . MFP says i should have 1260 calories a day and I usually get around 110 extra for walking the dog in the morning which i tend to use those calories aswell. I work with young children…

  • Here is my favourite light meal that is a real tumy filler and around 370calories (depending on what bread you use) ... 2 poached eggs on 2 pieces of toast with 1/2 a can of plum tomatoes :smile: It is perfect for those days where you have run a little over on breakfast or lunch :wink:
  • Thank you for the replies so far , they are all very helpful :smile: I only buy the fat free yogurts but am finding they vary from 7 - 9g of sugar per 100g ... I am not sure how this compares to full fat yogurt i will have to look and compare fat/sugar etc next time im shopping :smile:
  • Natural fat free yoghurt with Granola for me or a poached egg (takes 30 seconds in the microwave) on a slice of toast ! Good luck :-)
